What can I send via SMS?

You can send invoice payment links, estimate review links, review requests, client portal invites, and on-my-way arrival alerts.

What counts as a message segment?

A standard SMS message under 160 characters counts as one segment. Longer messages or messages with special characters may use two or more segments.

Can customers opt out of text messages?

Yes. Every message includes a Reply STOP to unsubscribe notice. Customers who reply STOP are automatically opted out and will not receive further texts.

How do I enable SMS?

Go to Settings, then SMS Notifications. Click Enable SMS Add-On, then turn on the master toggle and choose which notification types you want to send.

Do I need to get customer consent before sending texts?

Yes. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from customers before enabling SMS notifications, in compliance with TCPA regulations.
